ANCIENT LIZARD OF 23 MILLION YEARS AGE PRESERVED IN AMBER MUSEUM.

A 23 million years old fossil of Lizard has found in Amber museum by scientists, in Mexico which is locate with soft tissues and preserved in Amber museum located to the north of state of Chipas in Mexico.

The fossil Lizard by measuring its 1.8 inches by 5 inches with soft tissues and skin.

According to Fransico Riquelme of national Autonomous university of mexico's physics Institute found that the fossil was preserved in Amber museum in San Cristobal de las casas with soft tissues and skin.

The Lizard was genus Anolis a new species . According to science world report. The Anolis genus includes to Dacty loidae family. The significant features of the lizard is it is suitable for its color changes with their surroundings as well as its atmosphere conditions.

Gerardo Corbot, director of Chipas Palenology museum says that the Lizard found to be atleast 23 million years back in miocene period. Since the oldest species found in Amber is 230 million years old mites found in Italy.
