The ingredients placed are 130 g of four-bean with rinsed and drained, six tomatoes chopped, 1/4 cup of alfafa sprouts, 1/4 cup of fresh coriander leaves, 2 tsp of lemon juice,black pepper and lemon to serve.

Take a small bowl add the four-bean mix, tomato, alfafa sprouts, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix it well to mingle it. For flavor add a black pepper and fix a lime in place of bowl to serve a delicious and healthy snacks.
