ROASTED CHICKEN WITH HONEY.

The roasted chicken with honey flavor is yummy and preserved tasty honey. It takes of preparation time 15 minutes and cooking time were 60 minutes. It is easy and quicker to prepare it. The ingredients used are one and half kg of chicken, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of honey, two tbsp of tomato sauce, 1 clove garlic with crushed, 3 cm piece of ginger and steamed broccoli or rice.

*PREPARATION METHOD:
                                  Have a chicken cutted into two pieces at each side. Add soy sauce, honey, tomato sauce, garlic and ginger paste in a bowl with mixing of chicken. Now, take a roasting pan and place

chicken pieces and slightly pour soy mixture over it. With 200 C hot oven cooked it through turn over for about one hour. Till chicken turns golden brown cooked it. Then, remove the chicken from oven and serve with broccoli or rice for combination.
